Drive-In Racking

Drive-in Pallet Racking is an ideal solution for maximising the use of warehouse space, and is the most popular form of high-density, multi-deep pallet racking for fast moving palletised stock. These rack systems can be tailored to suit a range of widths, depths and accessibility requirements.

Double Deep Pallet Racking

By storing pallets two deep, Double Deep Pallet Racking is the best compromise between a selective and high-density pallet racking system. With its double deep design, warehouse storage can increase by up to 40% while maintaining high selectivity.

Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking

If your facility has a high roof space and you store upwards of 2000 pallets, Colby’s Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking system can help you capitalise on your vertical storage space. Aisle width is reduced to the minimum for the load yet maintains the required clearance for pallet turning.

Push-Back Pallet Racking

Colby’s Push-Back Pallet Racking system allows for dense storage up to six pallets deep with front loading and unloading. A standard forklift pushes the pallets on inclined rails mounted inside the racking, so as a pallet is withdrawn, the pallet behind automatically slides forward, into the front position.

Pallet Live Storage (PLS)

The Pallet Live Storage (PLS) system stores pallets on inclined roller tracks, is loaded from the rear and picked from the front, providing automatic stock rotation using the first in, first out (FIFO) principle. It is a great system for food and perishable stock.

Rapid Runner Satellite Rack System

The ultimate OVC application (maximum storage capacity per cubic metre), designed for efficiency and high density of low stock variation storage. Capable of running stock down lanes on semi-automated carts with no real limit to the length. Retrieval of loaded pallets is performed with automated carts and has the ability for FIFO stock rotation. Also ideal for buffering stock at shipping dock prior to truck loading and distribution.

Extra Large Bays

Custom designed and engineered to your requirements, regardless of size, available in both selective, drive-in and cantilever racking. Examples of applications are furniture storage, bedding, carpet rolls, tyres, plaster, wood and steel sheeting.

Non-Palletised Applications

Our product line can be designed to accommodate any of your non-palletised items, suitable for pick bins, part picking and loose items.

You can incorporate picking levels at the floor level, whilst having pallet storage levels above.

Cantilever Racking Systems

Cantilever Racking is ideal for horizontal storage of long, over-sized and irregular materials such as steel or timber stock. Heavy-duty cantilever storage racks are convenient for easy access of long items.

Pallet racking in Australia is covered under the Australian Standard AS 4084 Steel Storage Racking. To comply with Australian work safety laws, all industrial storage systems are also required to be inspected every 12 months as well as have certified safety signage attached to indicate the maximum unit load rating for each shelf level.
