Rapid Runner Satellite System

The ultimate OVC application, designed for high density, low stock variation storage. These racks are capable of running stock down lanes on carts with no real limit to the length. Retrieval of pallets loaded is performed with automated carts and has the ability for first in, first out stock rotation. Rapid Runner is also ideal for buffering stock at the shipping dock prior to truck loading and distribution.

The specially designed ColbyRACK pallet racking is used for running the Rapid Runner satellite system on rails, which allows pallets to be transported between lanes and beams with the help of forklift. Features and benefits include:

• Pallets can be moved front to back as they are capable of running up and down. Other tasks can be done by a forklift driver while the pallets are being shuffled;
• Helps in better efficiency as it can be used for First In First Out (FIFO), Last In First Out (LIFO) or both for pallet retrieving;
• Provides the scalable solutions for better throughput which allows adding additional carts;
• It has 3 or 4 tang welded connectors providing a  versatile range of beam sections.
